I want to edit my form, but can’t access the post to edit it. It’s not appearing on the dashboard since I converted the site to HTTPS.

    Thanks

Glad to help. When you say this:

“I want to edit my form, but can’t access the post to edit it”

There must be some confusion, as the form is not accessible via any post.

Can you maybe clarify or provide a screenshot and I will try to help, thank you.

Sorry, it’s been awhile since I built the form and I can’t find where to edit it. I’ve scoured the UI and all I can find are plugin settings. Thanks for the quick reply.

Is this for free or pro version?

    Free

The free version does not provide a UI to edit the form (but the Pro version does). To make changes to the USP form in the free version, you can set up a custom form, as explained in the plugin documentation (provided under the section, “Custom Submission Form”).

The free version does, however, provide numerous settings that control form appearance, which fields are displayed, etc. To access those options, visit the plugin settings page in the WP Admin Area.

    Thanks for your reply.

I’ve been using those settings, but there’s a field that is displaying in error on https://www.life-cycle-pet-cremation.com/add-a-testimonial/

The second field displays [object Object] and I can’t tell where that’s coming from. Is there any way I can track this down or do I need to buy the Pro version?

Is that a custom form or the default form?

    The default.

Yeah that is odd.. can you let me know what you have for these settings:

    – Custom Field Name
    – Custom Field Label

    Thank you

They were both blank. When I populated the fields the form works. Thanks for your help.
