    is there a way to change the placement of the post navigation?
    Either in the secondary sidebar or in the primary sidebar above or below other widgets…

    There is an option in your themes option panel that will allow you to either have the post navigation placed at the bottom of the post or have it visible in the sidebar(above all widgets) instead. Is this what you are referring to?
