Post if image then error

    Hello Dear Team,

    I have an error when ever i try to post an image, i ask my hosting they told me i ask wordpress team.

    Error is like this:
    “jacqueline-fernandez-hq-hd-03.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
    Unable to create directory /home/users/web/b510/ipw.iqraali/public_html/loverhug/loverhug/wp-content/uploads/2011/11. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
    Plz let me know how to solve my problem.
