Post by Voice

Hi…I am looking for Post by Voice so I can have an audio running in my post. How I can add this feature, Are there any plugins avaible?

I came accross this http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-voice/ but don;t how to work around this.

I want the users on my site can post their voices from their own login.
