Possible Plugin Weakness Open to Hackers

    I was recently informed by Google one of the sites I manage may have been hacked. Basically if you link a page to say, Facebook, the preview shows pharmacy related spam. Also links within the calendar are redirected to spam sites.

    Upon scanning and reviewing an updated site map, I noticed hidden URLs originating from the /events/ directory of the site.

    We definitely appreciate you taking the time to inform us of this but there’s not quite enough detail for us to help – though we’d certainly be keen to get on top of this if it is a problem with The Events Calendar.

    Can you provide any examples of these hidden URLs and where they were hidden? Is your site still affected and can you link to it?
