Possible Caching issue?

Our new website (currently not public) appears to have intermittent issues with the navigation menu on certain pages. Bullet points from the list styling are appearing next to each navigation link, and at times the mega menu breaks completely.

Example:

Observation: It appears to happen only on specific pages, so If i visit home page it’s fine, than i visit the above change-room it breaks.

Let me know if you can think of anything.
