Positioning UL Navigation in header

    I’m trying to position a UL in my header. Two problems: 1. Can’t get the text to float all the way to the right, and can’t figure out how to put spacing between the items in the UL. I think the second problem has to do with padding, but can’t seem to get it right. Any help would be appreciated.
