  • Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

I had the same problem today about an hour ago. I used my FTP client to disable plugins, but do not know what to do now? When I enable them again the same “No direct script access allowed” message appears and I can’t log into my site. Any help would be appreciated!

    hello,

i followed the steps below and tried the “.hold” on my FTP site a few times, until i was able to go log in. it might take a few mns until you can login and access all your pages without revierting back to the error page. but now i am logged in and can access all my pages error free. i hope this helps.

1.Via FTP or your host’s file manager, navigate to the wp-contents folder (directory)
2.Via FTP or your host’s file manager, rename the folder “plugins” to “plugins.hold”
3.Login to your WordPress administration menus (/wp-admin)
4.Via FTP or your host’s file manager, rename “plugins.hold” back to “plugins”
