Popup Onclick

Hey everyone,

There are two sites I’ve seen recently that have email opt-in forms that popup onclick:

1. http://amazingsellingmachine.com/finding-suppliers-and-automation/

2. http://www.lodmell.com

This is very useful for anyone running adwords, since adwords doesn’t allow automatic popups on landing pages.

Can anyone recommend a plugin that will create a nice looking optin form onclick?

I’m not very tech savvy, so unless you’re very specific, I probably won’t be able to do any custom javascript, etc. (though I’m willing to try). A plugin solution that presents like the two sites above is far preferable.
