    Just before the popup window appears (I am using a 1 second delay), the text “Popup for Elementor” with the blue header is shown for about 0,3 seconds. How can I get rid of this?

    To better understand what’s happening and help you properly, could you please send us the page URL where the popup appears or a screenshot / short video showing the behavior before the popup opens?

    Thanks for reporting this and for your patience. We’ve already identified the cause of what you’re seeing — it’s related to an internal modal that briefly renders before the popup logic is fully applied.

    We’re going to fix this behavior in the next plugin version, which will be released in the coming days, so it won’t appear anymore.

    We already have the next plugin version prepared, including the fix for this issue. However, before releasing it publicly, we’d like to verify the behavior directly on your site, if you would be so kind.

    If you’re comfortable with it, you can send us temporary WordPress admin credentials to our support email so we can run a few checks in your environment.

    Please send them to: support@popupforelementor.com

    We recommend creating a temporary admin user and removing it once we finish the verification 👍

    I installed Version 1.6.5, however the problem still exists and is still flashing on load.

    We know exactly where in the rendering process this brief flash can occur, and the fix was included in the latest version. If you’re still seeing it on your site, it may be related to caching or optimization plugins, delayed JavaScript loading, or theme behavior.

    Please try clearing any site cache, server cache, or CDN cache, and make sure you’re running the latest plugin version (1.6.5).

    If the issue still persists and you’re comfortable with it, you can send temporary WordPress admin access to support@popupforelementor.com so we can check what might be interfering in your specific setup. Creating a temporary admin user is recommended 👍

    I’ve still got the problem with 1.6.5. I guess it is an Astra theme issue………..
