@puppycat – It appears from your description of the issue that one of your other plugin updates is now causing a conflict that is stopping NextGEN Gallery from working correctly.
Have you tried following the steps outlined in this article: http://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins#Troubleshooting
Thanks!
– Cais.
I’ve tried deactivating every plugin, and then reactivating NextGEN only. It’s sill is not working and only displays a blank popup. Any other ideas what might have gone wrong?
Same issue here, this isn’t the first time, at me the WPML cause this issue, if I deactuvate the wpml plugin, than nextgen gallery working fine.
Hope you gonna fix this issue, because i cant let WPML deactivated and must use your plugin aswell.
Thank you,
@ktnzsolt – Although we have committed more code, again, for WPML compatibility it would still be best if you start your own topic so we can try to help you with your specific issue on your specific site.
See http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Where_To_Post
@puppycat – Did you also try temporarily switching to a default WordPress Twenty series theme when you had *all* of your plugins deactivated and then reactivated NextGEN Gallery?
Thanks!
– Cais.
@cais – I know how to start a new topic, but it seems we got the same issue, so i didn’t wanted to have a same topic.
My new topic is started on forum.
Thank you,
Zsolt
@ktnzsolt – Thanks. Aside from following the forum rules, issues may be similar but they are technically not the same since there are a great many variables that can be at play. It is only fair that everyone get their opportunity for support without others potentially sidetracking the issue the OP is trying to have addressed.

Yes, I’ve tried deactivating every plugin on the site and making sure I’m using the plain “TwentyTwelve” theme. The gallery popup is still blank.
This is affecting all sites on a multisite instance of WordPress.
Do I need to deactivate all plugins on all sites?
@puppycat – You should at least ensure all plugins are Network Deactivated as well … Multisite does add some additional dimensions to troubleshooting, too, so there could be something in that as well.
– Cais.
There are several plugins that I can’t deactivate as they are used by all the sites on the multisite instance:
Limit Login Attempts
Page Builder By Site Origin
Types – Complete Solution For Custom Fields and Types
Unconfirmed
UpdraftPlus
All other plugins are Network Deactivated
I’m still getting a blank popup on the NetGen Add Gallery window. Any other things to try? Let me know if it would help for you to have access to the dashboard.
Ok, I’ve found the problem. Manually deactivated all plugins and reactivating them one-by-one, I was able to identify the conflict.
We use a plugin called “Types – Complete Solution for Custom Fields and Types” that is a conflict. It was recently updated by the author in April. When this plugin is network deactivated, the NetGEN gallery popup works.
Is there a way to identify what the conflict is so that we can re-activate this plugin?
@puppycat – Thanks for the updates. To the best of our knowledge the “Types” author is working on an update to correct the conflict it is causing.
