Poor Customer Service

Customers are given an ultimatum: either pay for the Pro plan to receive help, or don’t receive help at all. In my case, I had no reason to upgrade as I have everything I needed in the basic plan, yet still had to pay for assistance. Then, after payment, the issue would take over 2 days to solve due to very slow responses from the ‘support’ team. The plugin itself is not bad, but when there is an issue getting adequate ‘support’ is a real hassle (especially from ‘Rabina’). For this reason, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this plugin if you can use an alternative. If you must, try to get by with the basic plan.
