    Hi

I worked with Pods v2.7 and it works well I also worked on the WP Classic editor.

Now I have decided to move on the WP block editor and I remove the plugin Classic Editor.

Even though when I want to add a new post built with Pods I still have the classic version.

How can I have the block editor instead when I add a new pod ?

    thanks

    BR

Pods 2.8 will turn on REST API on by default for new custom post types, right now it’s still off when you create them. This is important because REST API is what enables the new Block Editor to be used with Custom Post Types.

Try going to the Pods Admin > Edit Pods screen and enable the REST API for the custom post types you’d like.

    Hi Scott

Thanks for the tip actually I guessed that’s was link to 2.8 then I installed it and go to REST API but once I activate it and click on the button save pod I got an JSON error 🙁

Oh I wasn’t saying to install Pods 2.8, that’s still not ready for production/live sites. I was more-so talking about just editing your pod in the current Pods 2.7 release.

Ah OK I’ll come back to 2.7 and proceed to the activation of REST API 🙂

let you know if it works as expected

    thanks

No problem at all, I’m sorry for the confusion here.
