Plus 49$ once or every year

Hello,
I would like to ask you some question:
– I used the free version of Gateway for .COM template in which I found a lot of tools that I needed.
– Then I switched to .ORG, but I could not find several tools that I needed in the free version
– it’s possible?
– Do I need to buy Gateway PLUS to get those tools?
– If so, do I have to pay $ 49 once or do I have to renew the license every year? will the template and all plugins keep on operating once they have been downloaded?
