Hi,

WP Super Cach it’s taking a LOT of space and resources on my server.
How can I avoid these two problems? What setting should be ok?

Set the expiry time to a lower value and don’t preload so many posts if you use preloading.

In theory yes but there’s no right answer. It’s whatever you and your host is comfortable with.
