[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Defining multiple cnames

Hi,
I’m wondering, if I define multiple CNAMES for CDN..
lets say:
cdn1.domain.com
cdn2.domain.com
cdn3.domain.comShould I then still define: cdn1.domain.com in Off-site URL
or should I define domain.com
