[Plugin: WP phpBB Bridge] PHPBB – WordPress Synchronization

Plugin states:

Adds new users to WordPress user table from the phpBB3 user table.

At what point does that happen? Do they have to login the first time using Users Widget?
What if they login using Forum only – will they be added to WP Users?

Also:
Is it possible to bridge user deletion too?
So when I delete user from PHPBB – that would delete them from WP too?
