[Plugin: WP-Cumulus] Assigning a Different Category

I’m really liking this Cumulus Cloud…but:
(there’s always a but eh? LOL)

2 part question….
latest wordpress, and have chosen “categories” instead of tags, as being a new, still being built site, I have no post’s to pull from.

This takes information from the “Category” section…
This assumes that you have various categories to pull from.

What if you want to pull info from say Blogroll or some other category and display that into the cloud instead?
Most WordPress pages have headings like Blogroll, Pages, Archives, etc
Is there a way to have the cloud pull the info from archives? and display it? or from blogroll and display it?

While I’m not anticipating having “categories” per se’ I would like to use the cloud in order to showcase other “like minded” sites.
which I suppose would be under the heading of BlogRoll or Linked Sites.

I am also trying to figure out a way to make those words in the cloud redirect to the corresponding website…I’ve seen it done, but can’t figure out how to do this correctly.
