[Plugin: wordTube] Playlist issue

I’m having trouble getting my playlists to operate. It’s worked for years now, but perhaps on a recent upgrade, something went wrong. I’ve read that it can be a permission issue, but I’ve checked that and all folders and files are set to 755.

The individual videos themselves work fine, it’s just the playlist doesn’t operate. Here’s an example:
