Plugin Woocommerce – Shipping not working

Having troubles with my shipping working through woo commerce.
No matter what I do it says
There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.
on my checkout page.
I’ve tried using a paid plug in and get the same result. It was working a few weeks ago and now it won’t display any shipping options at all.
