Version 4.9.8 is not a version of ours. Our latest version is 1.10.1.
A few questions:
1) Are you using the WordFence plugin?
2) If you look at the feed (usually in the wp-content/uploads/wppfm-feeds folder) does that feed only contain the header and no products, or does it also contain products?
3) Are you using a free or a premium version?

1) Yes we are using the WordFence Plugin.
2) I have deleted the fed so cannot say in this moment.
3) Currently using the free version
OK, WordFence can sometimes prevent the wp_remote_post from activating the feed process. Usually you can identify that by a feed that only has the header in it.
Could you checkout the steps mentioned in this link: https://www.wpmarketingrobot.com/support/faq/#toggle-id-16
It looks like a lot of steps, but usually it should start working again in the first steps.
