[Plugin: Widget Logic Visual] Plugin not working

I was so happy when I found this plugin, and initially it worked just fine. So far I’m only using it with two widgets. Today, I notice it’s not putting the widgets where they should be.

A couple of things changed between today (when I notice the problem) and the last time I knew it was working: 1) I updated to the latest version, by automatic upgrade; 2) I put my domain behind a CDN (Cloudflare); 3) I enabled W3 Total Cache.

Purging the cache in the W3 plugin doesn’t seem to affect anything. I don’t have Minify enabled, as I recall that it sometimes screws with site functionality.

Any ideas how I can find what the problem is and resolve it? I really want the functionality this plugin normally provides.
