[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Can't move any fields

    Nesting fields is not required. It looks like the parent ID got corrupted somehow. Only way to fix it is to recreate your form or, if you know what you are doing you can go into the database and update the parent_id to 0 for those fields and that will fix it.
