[Plugin: Viper's Video Quicktags] My First Plugin

    Using WP 3.0.1 and a Frugal theme. I have installed and activated the plugin. I want to add a video to a static page and not a blog post. I have searched and can not find the instructions for doing this. Can someone please point me in the right direction? I was thinking I could add to a text widget. I am sorry if the insructions are obvious.
