Also having the same problem. Very disappointed I just shelled out $60 for something that doesn’t work as advertised.
Just to follow-up, I tested this in Chrome and Firefox and did not work but it did work in IE — partially. I still wasn’t able to embed videos as advertised. I’ve cancelled and requested a refund 🙁 Hopefully this product will improve someday…
I sent a note to the VideoPress folks.
I also sent a message to there support team. They replied with uninstalling and install the plugin again. I replied that i have already done that and did it again didn’t fix the problem. That was all on Friday hope they get back to me soon….
I need a refund of my videopress.
I bought it last year but didn’t use it.
Now my credit card has been charged again and I need a refund.
I can’t find any links on my dashboard for sunscriptions.
Help?!?

Having the same issue here, I clicked the Videopress button on TinyMCE, but it just takes forever to load the iframe. I’d glad at least I thought twice before “thinking” about getting an upgrade.
