Plugin Update shut down site, "Fatal error"
-
I am updating a site for an organization, and after updating the plugins, apparently one had a “fatal error,” and the site will not come up at all, so I have absolutely no clue on even how to fix it because the dashboard is not visible.
Here is the message it says when the site address is typed in:
“Warning: require_once(/home/aacfoundation/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-salesforce/inc/kwsaddon.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/aacfoundation/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-salesforce/salesforce.php on line 68
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/aacfoundation/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-salesforce/inc/kwsaddon.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/aacfoundation/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-salesforce/salesforce.php on line 68″

Please help, this is really terrifying for me and this is not even my site. I am usually able to fix most of these problems myself, but I have no clue on even where to start here. Any help is appreciated so much! I am panicking a little bit.
