Uninstalling a plugin is quite straightforward, there’s no extra step to take to uninstall any plugin, I believe the process is the same for almost all plugins but can’t describe it here as it will take a lot of time and text, but the short version will be to navigate to your plugin admin UI, de-activate the plugin, then delete it. 3 Clicks should be fine.
