[Plugin: Twitter Tools] break in digests

    iv been using twitter tools for a while now and i love it, i have a weekly digest going. The only thing is im starting to tweet ALOT, and every week that post is getting kinda huge on my page.

    Could you add a feature to break the digests with “Read more…” link?
