Plugin to Create Draft

    Hey all,
    Curious if a userflow like the following would be possible:

    1. Blogger navigates to plugin page via sidebar.

    2. Blogger sees a dynamically created list of content.

    3. Blogger clicks content.

    4. Selected content is inserted into a draft post to be modified by the blogger later.

    Would wordpress allow a plugin to create a draft? Is there any known plugin that has a similar flow to the one described above? If not, any ideas how the bridge between step 3 and 4 would be accomplished?
