Plugin that automatically inserts images into posts

I’ve spent the past few hours searching for a plugin that would automatically add images to my posts based on relevance – maybe to the tags, categories or title keywords. Haven’t had any luck so far. I am almost sure that the plugin exists, I’m just not sure on how to track it down. Any recommendations for said plugin would be appreciated. Thanks!
