[Plugin: Testimonials Manager] fatal error on activation

Getting fatal error on activation:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Prior to this my only complaints were:

• no rich text editor
• uploading photos doesn’t use existing gallery and doesn’t work (doesn’t display image)
