Hi…ive been playing around with this and I cant seem to figure out how to set this up to make people subscribe to my blog? Is it in the form of widget? please help.

You can put the sign up form on your blog using a widget or using the shortcode on a WordPress page. Have a look at the install instructions and FAQs for more tips.
