Plugin stopped working

    I am very close to finishing a large product website for a client that uses SagePay and I tested your plugin after installation and it worked fine. Today I attempted to test an order and now it is not going to the credit card payment page. When the “Place Order” button is clicked it gets grayed out and send you to the top of the page now rather than go to the credit card page as it did a few days ago.

    I am trying to figure out if the plugin stopped working or if something else happened. I logged in to the clients account at SagePay to see if possibly the encryption password had changed and it has not.

    I see that you did an update 2 days ago… could that have effected the processing?

    I am not sure what to do, please assist.

    Hi there – what was the error that was being created? And did the plugin developer get back to you?

    It was conflicting with another plugin. I believe the plugin was called EU VAT Assistant. There was something like “Require VAT #” Yes the developer got back to me quickly. The developer said to turn off that requirement and *poof* everything started working again.

    Cheers for letting me know – not running that plugin here, but he has been in touch and I’ve given him logins to the site so fingers crossed.
