[Plugin: Sociable] Counters not working

I am trying Sociable Classic version in my new website http://idiotechie.com. I am using them along after each Post.
I am facing three issue in this plugin:
a) The counters are not working. I have tried Facebook Like, however the counters slot is still empty. Not sure about rest of the ones like Twitter, Google plus.
b) Name is coming as liked in post – This is another problem I am facing. When I tried testing this plugin in my website in the following post: IdioTechie Post I am able to see the username who liked it. e.g Username liked this post.
And I am unable to remove this option.
c) Default location: The default location of the Classic Sociable plugin is only after any Posts. Even after changing the options in the settings, the changes are not taking into effect. I am only able to display the sociable options only after every posts.
