    Hi, the link you provided appears to require a login to access it. As a result, I am unable to take a closer look. However, the HTTP authentication can block SLB from accessing the files it needs to run, and removing the authentication should allow SLB to function normally.

    Please let me know if you are still experiencing an issue once the login requirement has been removed and I would be glad to take another look.
