[Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] Comments refuse to work

I have the arras theme and have tried putting in the extra code in the comments.php in multiple places for the simple facebook connect to work, but nothing has worked. I’ve tried multiple things… any help would be greatly appreciated! Here is my comments.php
