Plugin – Scheduled File Swap

I have recently been asked whether it is possible to have files swap out on a weekly basis and whether or not there is a Plugin that can do this. Essentially there will be file_01, file_02, file_03. These three files ideally will be accessed on the website where file_01 will display on week one, file_02 on week two and file_03 on week three, then the cycle repeats ongoing. Any help finding a plugin that can do this would be appreciated.

I was thinking to make the file available for download using a button link. I am just trying to avoid having to manually replace the file on a weekly basis and reduce the room for error.
