Plugin recommendation

Hi everyone!

I am somewhat of a novice within the realms of both WordPress and general web development (CSS/PHP). Still, somehow I managed to get involved with a festival – which is happening quite soon – in order to help them make a website.

To my surprise, the site is to a certain degree functioning, and we are trying to add more features to it. One such is a FESTIVAL PROGRAM with a certain degree of interactivity. I was hoping for something similar to the following:

Can anyone recommend a plugin that – without TOO MUCH HEAVY CODING (not lazy, just novice and on a tight schedule) – might produce something reminiscent of the solution on the site above? I would not need any search options etc, but a somewhat “boxed” overview of events that are clickable.
