[Plugin: Post UI Tabs] jQuery conflict – WordPress Post Tabs

I have used this plugin on several sites of mine and never come across a problem before. But I have just installed it on one, and when installed it stops the forms on my website posting through to the 2nd stage of the form?

When I tick the ‘Do not load ‘jQuery’ library’ the form then works properly. So I guess its a jQuery error. The thing is when i click this box i loose all of the post tabs styling and they look awful..

Please help me I really need a solution for this…
