plugin “popup maker” problem

I have a page with a table of images. I am using the plugin “popup maker” to display a popup when an image is clicked (the images are the trigger.) I have 12 images (three are set up), two are working fine but the third will only display once.

All the popups are indentical as far as I can tell. Two can be clicked repeatedly and will work, but the third will only display once. What could be the problem? What must I do so that the clicked images always produce the popup?
