    Hey,

    I’m a PicApp employee, we indeed had yesterday a severe IT problem for several hours.
    I believe that it was related to that. Please try again later and and tell me if it works.
    Also feel free to contact us directly at help@picapp.com, I’ll be happy to solve this personally.
