• hi.

I’ve had this trouble before and now the same thing is happening with a couple of plugins on the same site.

I install a plugin the usual way (via FTP – upload the plugin folder to the wp-content/plugins folder). No problems – the plugin then shows in the plugin section of the WP backend and I can activate it.

Problem is – once activated, the plugin’s options aren’t showing up anywhere in the WP backend so I have no way of configuring/using the plugin!

on this particular site I’ve tried installing ‘membership lite’ and ‘WishList member’ but getting the same result with both – I can’t use the plugins!

any help will be much appreciated – this is a very urgent job and i only need very basic membership features but I need it quickly!

I can’t see either of those plugins in the directory, do you have a link for them?
