Plugin Optimization

Hi its taking 4 seconds per page load. I’m using wp-cache so thats ok in away because I’m serving cached pages.

But what I’d like to do is to move my 6 or so plugins onto one file, place it in wp-includes, and then maybe call these plugins through the settings.

My understanding is that this would save on database queries.

Is this correct and how would one go about it?

I’ve crashed my server several times this year due to the load so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
