    Hi sflcsf,

    When you get the username via email, did you copy and paste it?
    Try typing it manually, make sure you get the case correct (capitals and lowercase.)

    Try logging going to wordpress.backup-technology.com and logging in and see if it works.

    I am trying to run a manual backup at the wordpress plug in. I have a new password for the online backup site changed yesterday. I can get into it and see there are no backups. So where is the broken sync of password?

    Hi sflcsf,

    You need to enter the username and password, exactly as you do on wordpress.backup-technology.com, into the Online Backup Settings page.

    This then lets the plugin login to do the backups.
