Plugin not working

    I am pretty certain that my Facebook page URL is correct, I even tried another page URL to see if that was the problem. I’m on version 4.4 running the Matheson theme. I have the necessary Redux Framework plugin as well.

    I’ve been trying to use the widget and this shortcode
    [dd_bfp_plugin]
    but neither work, only a small 1-space length shadow appears…

    For now I’ve deactivated the plugin, but any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated because I’d love to use this!

    Thanks! Can you activate the plugin temporary? I tested it with your theme (Matheson) and it works for me. I think the issue is another, so it will be very helpful if you could activate it again and embed the facebook page in your favorite location.

    Which version of chrome are you using? I can see your Box also on Chrome. That´s wired :-))

    Version 47.0.2526.106 (64-bit)
    (imagine a checkmark here) Google Chrome is up to date.

    I’m also on Mac if that means anything helpful 😛

    Same here… mhhhh…this is crazy! Did you try to clear the cache of your Chrome browser? If even not works after, i recommend you to reinstall Chrome and try again.

    This issue is very sick! 😀

    For me Box is not shown in Chrome 49.0.2623.110 and Firefox 45.01 for Mac. Safari is ok

    Hey chrissydizzy,

    ich denke wir können uns hier auf Deutsch einigen? 🙂 Im Firefox (V45.01, OSX) funktioniert es bei mir, im Chrome jedenfalls nicht. Beobachten konnte ich, dass der iframe-Code sich bei beiden Browsern unterscheidet, im Chrome sind Inline-Stylesheets inkludiert, die “width: 0px; height: 0px;” definieren. So kann natürlich nichts angezeigt werden, daher tippe ich auf ein Javascript-Problem, das von einen der anderen verwendeten Plugins verursacht wird.

    Lösungsvorschlag: Alle anderen Plugins mal deaktivieren und via Ausschlussverfahren das Problem suchen.

    Hey,

    ich habe redux framework deaktiviert, dann tauchte in der Fiefoxseite “facebook url not found” auf, aber im Dashboard war auch der Box Button weg. Da ich mit “Page builder” arbeite, will ich dies nicht deaktivieren, sonst zerschieße ich meine Inhalte. Vorerst werde ich daher auf den Einsatz des Plugins auf dieser Seite verzichten (auf anderen läuft es ohne Probleme).
