Hello,

I’ve installed the plugin, but it is not showing up at all. Do you know why that is the case? I don’t see any errors at all on my end.

Hello @lawrencewang.
It looks like, the plugin did not activate.

Could you, please, check if
when you are clicking “Save Changes” button at “2. Plugin Setup” tab,
does it show “Your chatbot has been successfully connected to your WordPress site. Browse your website to see it in action.” notice?

Yes, the message did pop up, but the chatbot is still not showing up. Is there anything else I can do to fix it?

Do you have a server-side caching plugin installed on your site?

I don’t think so. I only have one plugin installed right now.
