Plugin not applying discount

    I’m having a problem with this plugin not applying the discount to random orders. It just started doing it the other day, so I tried one through my website myself and it worked fine. Then today, another order went through and was not discounted when it should have been. I see a couple months ago people had the same problem. Is there something being done to fix this problem, or should I find another plugin? I have been extremely happy with this plugin, but this is becoming a serious problem. Please resolve this or at least let me know it’s being worked on?

    Hi, I’m having the same problem as well. I have some orders that works fine but then I got one order the other day where the discount was not applied. I was told by the customer the discount initially showed up in the cart but at some point during checkout, it the discount disappeared and he was charge the full amount when using Paypal. Is there a fix for this?

    I think this is still happening. I tried to get into the ticket system to no avail. Should we assume this plugin is not supported anymore?

    Same problem here – the “Incl. x% discount” string is present, but the discount is not applied on neither the products nor the total. Did any of you have any luck fixing the problem?
