[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Why Not Include piclense_optimized.js only on Post

HI,
This js
http://lite.piclens.com/current/piclens_optimized.jsis included on all pages of WordPress. even on Home page and Pages. I think it should be available only on Post pages and that too only on pages with gallery on it.
We can at least make it configurable in admin panel where we want this js to be included. Right?
