[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] NextGen Gallery-Carousel template customization

    I need help in customizing the NextGen Gallery Carousel template. I added the tag [ nggallery id=2 template=carousel images=7 ] to my page, and the carousel is working. But, I need help with the following:

    1- The thumnails have a thick white border like an album thumnail. Please show me how to change it to have a thinner border as shown in the example in http://nextgen-gallery.com/templates/carousel/.

    2- My images have varying heights, and the position of the rows of thumbnails goes up and down. How can I fix the the row of thumbnails to be at the same location regardless of the image height?

    3 – How can I add a caption/title under each big image to show up automatically when it opens?

    4- How can I change the previous/next arrow image for thumbnails?

    I am using NextGen Gallery 1.4.3 and WordPress 2.9.2. Thanks in advance for your help!

    Did you ever work it all out? Working on my own custom carousel at the moment and some of my questions are similar.
