[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Edit Image Filenames

May I know how do I edit the file names of my images? I also noticed that if the file names are not in English, the images will not be uploaded. Furthermore, if I upload the same photo again with pure English name, NextGen Gallery renamed my photo to _0, _1 and so on.
